Wedding Weekend

Two of our best friends, Rob and Sara, [finally] got married on Sunday.  What a whirlwind these past few days have been!
The Mister and Misses!

We had a blast this weekend!  Everything started (for me) on Friday.  I went over the brides house to help her organize and pack up all the decorations - much of which she did herself.  And she did a fabulous job, I'd like to add!  The best man and I hosted a party that I named "The Pre-Nup".  We went to McMenamins Edgefield in Portland with the wedding party and some friends.  It was just a relaxed, fun time with no agenda.

Rehearsal dinner
On Saturday the bridesmaids got their nails done and then we had the rehearsal and the rehearsal dinner.  I went to Sara's apartment VERY late on Saturday night to catch up with an old friend from high school.  BB decided to not sleep that night so I got about 3 - 4 hours of sleep.

On Sunday, Sara surprised all her bridesmaids with hour long massages and our own turquoise robes before we got ready for the big day!  When we got the venue, we started getting some photos taken.  Around 5:00 I very kindly told one of the photographers that we were hoping to relax and cool down (and fix our makeup) before we had to walk down the isle in thirty minutes.  We had to do a few more shots and then we got to sit for about five minutes before the ceremony.  And then the fun began!

Best Man & MOH!

My family sans my dad.  He was there but I didnt get a picture with him.  At least I dont think I did.

The photos are a mess.  These are a smattering of my pro-camera, our point-and-shoot, and a cell phone.  I missed out on a lot of things so I am really looking forward to the professional photos and the photobooth!  You KNOW I love me a good photobooth.

Congratulations, Rob and Sara!  What a beautiful weekend!
