Baked Brie
- Butter a baking dish. I used a Pyrex pie dish.
- Cut a wedge or round hunk of Brie in half through the middle and place one side rind-down in the buttered dish.
- Dice half an apple and sprinkle on top. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of dried cranberries and 1/4 cup of brown sugar.
- Place other side of the brie on top, rind-up. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
- Serve with slices of apple, baguette, or crackers!
