Baked Brie

I wanted to share a recipe from the party last night.  It's the most amazing, delicious, easy appetizer on the planet.  And..... everyone loves it!  It's a little recipe I picked up when we lived in France.

Baked Brie

  1. Butter a baking dish.  I used a Pyrex pie dish.
  2. Cut a wedge or round hunk of Brie in half through the middle and place one side rind-down in the buttered dish.
  3. Dice half an apple and sprinkle on top.  Sprinkle 1/2 cup of dried cranberries and 1/4 cup of brown sugar.
  4. Place other side of the brie on top, rind-up.  Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with slices of apple, baguette, or crackers!
