Dan and I are preparing to celebrate 9 years of wedded bliss. Yes, nine! I cant believe it myself. I feel like August 23, 2003 just happened. But then when I think about all we've been through it seems like eons ago!
We needed a little inspiration as to how we should celebrate so I looked up traditional wedding gifts and the nine year is pottery. So, I found a little cafe where we can paint our own pottery. And, since we love our summer fun, we'll be heading out to the drive-in movies again! As for food, we're thinking take-out because we want to spend this anniversary with BB.
I feel so fortunate to have met Dan. He is the bees knees. I love him so much more than I ever thought possible and I love our life. I know that marriage is "work" but he makes it easy.

ReplyDeleteCongrats! Have you guys checked out the movies in the park this summer? I think they're pretty much over with but if you get a chance check them out they are sooo fun, I know UP is playing free at cheney stadium aug 27th and fircrest is playing despicable me sept 7th.
