It's not too soon to decorate for Christmas! Especially if you're going to create some of your own decorations. Here are some ideas. You can go to http://www.blanksheetmusic.net/ to print your own blank sheet music. You can then write the notes for your favorite Christmas carols OR your own songs. This is a 12 dollar 3-wick pillar from Big Lots and a cheap red glass ornament. RAD!
Okay, next. For those of you who want to decorate for Christmas but dont want your friends/roomates/spouses/neighbors to think that you're a freak, I give you: the twinkly bundle of twigs. You can put this up in October and no one will think it's weird. The sticks are from IKEA ($15) or you can go out and collect your own. Get a nice string of lights, wrap 'em up and put them next to an outlet. Voila!
