A Tour to the South

A few weeks ago I was on tour in the south. It was really great to get out of the rainy state of Washington and go on an adventure in Florida. I didn't know what to expect in Florida but I was pleasantly surprised! As you might have seen on my Instagram, we found a TON of gators (they were everywhere) and we went swimming just 90 miles away from Cuba! The tour also took us to North and South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, and Tennessee.  My band is currently trying to take more dedicated time toward writing for a new album so we spent a decent amount of time locked up in rooms while writing music and I actually really enjoyed that. I love exploring but sometimes it's nice to just chill.  All in all, this was one of those tours to remember. It all seemed so fresh and new, like we were touring for the first time. The shows were fun, even though not all of them were well attended (we were expecting that since we were touring in new territory), we had a great time! I missed Linz and BB but we got to Skype and only had one night where I didn't have service. (thanks, West Virginia!) I'm home for a while now since my February tour to Thailand got postponed.  Any suggestions for some indoor-winter fun?  Netflix is getting old.
