The Photographer

Hi!  I'm Lindsy.

I'll wear dresses and polish my nails ... and then I'll go longboarding or sleep in the woods.  I am competitive.  I never remember birthdays and I rarely return phone calls.  I cant make up my mind most of the time but when I do it sticks.  I love my husband.  He is my best friend and we love Jesus.  I am a big fan of C.S. Lewis who took something as offensive as the Gospel and turned into something beautiful, intriguing and fantastic.  My favorite Chronicles of Narnia character is Eustace, the boy whose selfishness turns him into a dragon and he keeps trying to get out of the "dragon suit" over and over until Aslan rips it off of him and gives him a new chance at life. That's what my tattoo represents. 

I have always loved photos.  I love looking through old yearbooks and photo albums and my Instagram feed!  I learned photography in high school from my favorite teacher, Mr. Ray.  I used my grandpa's old 35mm Pentax.  I used it through college, as well.  In 2006, Dan and I moved to Grenoble, France.  I knew I needed a good camera if I was going to spend a year in Europe so I purchased my first digital SLR camera.   I started my business, LMR Photos, when we got back to the States.  I love meeting people and capturing special moments.  I love being invited to your weddings, births, parties, and family photo sessions.
