Europe Series: Grenoble, France

This is Grenoble, France!  Where we used to live from the fall of 2006 until the summer of 2007.  Every year around this time, I start to think about Europe and the anticipation and excitement of the summer of 2006, all the preparations for the trip, the unknowns.  Here's a little nostalgia and the first of our Europe series.

    Yeah, lack of money can totally screw up a good vacation.

      It wasn't vacation. We lived and worked(volunteered) for a year.

    Bahahaha! Oh my gosh. I was so entranced by all of the fantastic photos of the dearly beloved France and then... I about fell out of my chair from laughing so hard. Thanks for that. :) It may not be Grenoble, but at least your family still lives in a super cool place!

    I LOVE Grenoble! I spent a month in the Alps about an hour from Grenoble but we came into town two Sundays for church. It's so beautiful! I wish I could go back. PS: Your pictures = gorgeous.
